Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Aquatic Center Cashier. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and process cash transactions, including admissions, passes, and class registrations
  • Provide accurate and friendly customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cash drawer and surrounding areas
  • Operate a cash register and perform basic math calculations
  • Assist with facility emergencies, first aid, and crowd control as needed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of experience as a cashier or in a related role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
Working Environment

This is a part-time position, working up to 69 hours per month. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, including weekends and holidays.
