OEM Sales Director Leadership Role

About the JobWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior OEM Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships with enterprise-level clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and excellent relationship-building skills.
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan with a 4% match, and generous time off.
Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement a package-driven sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets within the OEM market.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives at OEMs, providing expert consulting and advocacy services.
- Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with OEM and marine industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive insights to provide strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions post-sale, maintain high levels of client satisfaction, and drive retention.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Own the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Go-to-Market Strategy Alignment: Work with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align go-to-market strategies, product launches, and client onboarding.
- Revenue Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with the executive team to align revenue goals with overall company objectives.
