We are seeking a skilled Director of Development to join our team and support our mission.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement short and long-term fundraising goals as part of a comprehensive revenue model
* Identify prospects and establish effective fundraising techniques and marketing the organization
* Plan, administer, and implement fundraising events associated with the agency
* Work closely with the Executive Director and management staff to create and disseminate compelling publicity about the Retreat using a wide variety of media
* Collaborate with the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer in developing budgets that ensure sufficient accounting and recognition of agency financial goals

Requirements:

* Bachelor\u2019s degree required, Master\u2019s degree a plus
* 5-plus years experience in Development - a proven record of strategy and success
* CFRE certification preferred
* Demonstrated excellence in organizational, managerial, and communication skills
* Knowledge of Fund E-Z or comparable donor management software preferred
* Knowledge of Wordpress and Constant Contact preferred
