Job Title: Service Advisor

About the Role:
Phil's Car Care is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily production activities of our repair facility. This includes ensuring the efficient use of resources, meeting customer needs, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily technical production, including producing your own work
Meet and greet all customers in a professional manner
Effectively communicate with customers to determine the nature of their concerns
Write and sell service or repair orders to assist in achieving monthly performance goals
Use digital vehicle inspections to educate customers on recommended services
Up sell by advising customers on effective car care
Test drive vehicles and perform quality control inspections
Be proficient in using our in-depth point of sale system
Order parts and services from various suppliers
Maintain a clean and presentable shop environment
Hold semi-monthly meetings with technicians
Review monthly sales, expenditures, and KPI indicators with the management team

Requirements:
A minimum of three years of experience in similar roles in the automotive industry
Valid driver's license
Ability to work a minimum of 50 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and occasional Saturdays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet performance goals
