We are seeking a Clinical Nutrition Specialist to join our team in a Full-Time or 1099 Contract capacity.

This role involves working across multiple communities, with opportunities for travel to additional locations if desired.

Required credentials include NDTR/RD certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.

DiningRD is looking for a dedicated Healthcare Dietitian Consultant to provide expert guidance in skilled nursing facilities and behavioral health settings. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:

  • Conducting MDS assessments, including Section K and CAA.
  • Documenting care for residents at high nutritional risk.
  • Engaging in the care planning process.
  • Collaborating with the Interdisciplinary Team.
  • Overseeing the food service department, ensuring safety, sanitation, and quality standards are met through regular audits.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Credentials from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
  • State licensure (if applicable).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting or long-term care is preferred, though we are open to considering various qualifications.
