Key Responsibilities- Engage in initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and improving workflow.
- Prepare and cook meals for residents, ensuring adherence to menu specifications and portion sizes.

- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and kitchen equipment in compliance with sanitation standards.

- Inspect special diet trays to confirm the correct diet is served.
- Participate in educational programs to fulfill facility training requirements.
- Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
- Active ServeSafe Certification is advantageous.
- Experience in dietary departments within hospitals or long-term care facilities is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team to achieve organizational goals.
- Customer service-oriented, capable of working under pressure.
