DiningRD is actively seeking a Registered Dietitian to fulfill a consulting role within skilled nursing facilities and/or behavioral health settings. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting MDS assessments, including Section K and CAA.
  • Documenting care for residents identified as high risk for nutritional deficiencies.
  • Engaging in the care planning process.
  • Collaborating with the Interdisciplinary Team.
  • Overseeing the food service department, ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation, and quality standards through regular audits.

Qualifications:

  • Credentials from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
  • State licensure as required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting or long-term care is preferred, though various factors will be considered.
