Office Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team at Scozzari Builders, Inc. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our construction management team.
About the Role
- Coordinate scheduling and appointments to ensure seamless communication among team members.
- Provide exceptional customer service to onsite guests and respond promptly to incoming phone calls.
- Develop and maintain organized filing systems to facilitate efficient information retrieval.
- Perform various office tasks, including data entry, correspondence, and report preparation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in office administration or a related field is highly desirable.
- The ability to prioritize tasks effectively and multitask with ease is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to interact with colleagues and clients.
- A strong attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary to maintain accurate records and files.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
