Job Summary

Oswald Companies is seeking a highly skilled Client Manager to join our team. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, managing client relationships, and driving growth on our current book of business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the client service cycle, ensuring timely renewal deadlines and high client satisfaction ratings.
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow existing accounts, including proposal writing, quote comparisons, and program benchmarking.
  • Market new lines of coverage, including creating coverage specifications, analyzing quotes, and negotiating with carriers.
  • Review policy coverage and identify cross-selling opportunities, ensuring clients receive the best possible solutions.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of client businesses, policies, practices, and industries, providing expert guidance and recommendations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and exceptional service.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of employee benefits experience, handling medium accounts at a high level of responsibility.
  • Executive presence, strong rapport-building skills, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, exercise sound judgment, and make good decisions under pressure.
  • Proficient in EPIC agency management system and underwriting requirements of carriers.
