Key Responsibilities- Client Service: Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service to clients, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable in the hospital.
- Flow Management: Actively recruit new clients, promote hospital services, and route the flow of clients and pets to ensure superior client care and maximum productivity of the veterinary medical team.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative functions, including maintaining accurate balances, utilizing proper opening and closing procedures, and conducting other tasks as assigned.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong communication skills, including written and verbal communication, to effectively interact with clients, associates, and other stakeholders.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: One year related experience required, with customer service experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to pets, and occasional exposure to anesthesia, radiation, biological hazards, and medication/controlled substances. The noise level in the work environment is moderately high, and the associate must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb as well as manipulate up to 50 pounds.
