Key Responsibilities- Promote a culture of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Direct and manage a team of employees to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Manage inventory, labor costs, and budgets to optimize profitability
- Develop and implement local promotional programs to drive sales and customer engagement
- Supervise and train employees to ensure excellent customer service and quality products
- Minimum of 2-3 years of direct food/retail management experience
- Proven track record of building sales, increasing profits, and staff development
- Prior experience with inventory management, supply cost control, and P&L management
- Ability to assess business needs and problem-solve
- Hands-on leadership with a strong focus on service and hospitality
- Proficient computer skills using Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Experience with POS Systems
- ServSafe certification required or obtained within 90 days of hire date
- Associate Degree preferred, but not required, in Business, Hospitality, or Management
