Janitorial Operations Coordinator Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and organized Janitorial Operations Coordinator to join our facilities management team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of our janitorial services team, ensuring that all areas of our facilities are cleaned to a high standard.

Compensation and Benefits$48,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) matching program and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the activities of our janitorial services team to ensure all areas of the facility are cleaned to a high standard
  • Managing cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Maintaining accurate records of cleaning activities and supplies used
  • Providing excellent customer service to tenants and employees
