About the Role

Estimated salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the SIFF facilities team as a Theatre Facilities Coordinator. The successful candidate will have a passion for facilities maintenance, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks including changing HVAC filters and light bulbs, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry projects.
  • Respond to facilities challenges in a timely manner, performing basic handy work and repairs as needed.
  • Collaborate with and support Seattle Center staff, janitorial, and security services to ensure proper office operations, maintenance, and other collaborative space related needs.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or custodial role, with a preference for relevant experience in a cinema environment.
