We are seeking a driven and dedicated Custodial Operations Manager to oversee our trusted clients in the Puget Sound region. This role involves hands-on leadership, performing janitorial duties while managing other team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address client needs promptly, including urgent cleanups or special requests.
  • Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching and support to team members.
  • Travel as needed between client locations to oversee operations and address any issues.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in janitorial services, preferably in leadership roles. A reliable transportation and willingness to travel across the Puget Sound area are required. The salary for this position is estimated at $65,000 per year, based on national averages for similar roles in Seattle/Bellevue Area.
