We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Salvation Army Clitheroe Center. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the SATS Clinical Manager and Coordinators, ensuring the smooth operation of the SATS program.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the SATS Clinical Manager and Coordinators, including data entry, record-keeping, and report preparation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client files and program data.
- Prepare and submit reports as required, including ADOC reports.
- Order materials and supplies for the SATS program, including curriculums and office supplies.
- Track Alaska State Chemical Dependency Certification for all SATS employees.
- Assist with HR processing and tracking for all SATS employees, including orientation and training.
- Perform general office duties, including photocopying, typing, and answering the telephone.
- High school diploma or equivalency.
- Three years of successful experience in clerical and data entry work.
- Ability to pass ADOC background check and PREA screening.
- Proficiency in using general office equipment, Microsoft Office Suite, and AKAIMS databases.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
The work environment is located in an office setting. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Language SkillsMust be able to understand, follow, and give both written and oral instructions. Must be able to give presentations and be comfortable with public speaking.
