About the Role:

At Wonder, a Confident Living Company, we are committed to providing high-quality mental health services to our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled Holistic Family Support Specialist to join our team as a Mental Health Coach.

As a coach, you will work closely with families to identify and address their unique needs, using a holistic and integrative approach to promote long-term change. This will involve conducting weekly sessions with clients, collaborating with a care team, and developing personalized treatment plans that take into account the client's entire ecosystem.

The successful candidate will have a Master's Degree in a relevant field and extensive experience working with adolescents, young adults, and families. You will be responsible for working with a diverse range of clients, each with their own unique set of challenges and goals. To succeed in this role, you must be a compassionate and empathetic listener, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year (based on 20 hours/week at $60-75/hour).
