**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse-Outpatient Mental Health to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
**Salary and Benefits**

**Responsibilities**
As an Outpatient Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing competent, evidence-based care to assigned patients. This includes:
- Assisting in directing the provision of nursing education, orientation, and competencies
- Providing quality improvement and outcomes utilization consultation
- Facilitating warm hand-offs, telemental health care, and nurse-led psychoeducational groups
- Using therapeutic communication techniques, practice de-escalation techniques, and utilizing recovery-oriented language
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- An Associate Degree (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution
- A current, full, active, and unrestricted registration as a graduate professional nurse in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States
- At least 2 years of specialized nursing experience in mental health, preferably with a focus on PTSD
**Preferred Qualifications**
A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree is preferred, as well as at least 2 years of experience working with Behavioral Health Interdisciplinary Program (BHIP) teams.
