Substance Abuse Treatment Team Lead Position

BayMark Health Services, a leading provider of substance abuse treatment, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Counselor Supervisor to join our team.
About the Role:
- Supervise a team of counselors and interns, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with clinical managers and practice managers to drive business growth and development.
- Conduct employment interviews and facilitate performance improvement discussions.
- Manage counseling staff, including performance reviews and professional development.
Requirements:
- Masters degree (MLADC) or LADC with LCS certification.
- Proven experience as a supervisor, with a positive attitude towards working with chemically dependent patients.
- Satisfactory criminal background and drug screen results.
