Sales Director

At Orange Theory, we're on a mission to help people live longer, more vibrant lives. As a Sales Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving membership and revenue growth while delivering an exceptional member experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with leadership to develop and execute performance and productivity goals/expectations.
- Utilize OTF/Thrive tools and reporting systems to manage leads, sales, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed monthly membership and sales targets.
- Develop a high-energy culture of Orange Theory.
- Stay current on all Orange University curriculum and attend regular leadership or sales meetings.
- Enforce OTF and Thrive corporate policies, business practices, systems, and processes.
- Sales driver and self-motivated to achieve goals.
- Meets commitments and deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Independent thinker, team player.
- Honesty, integrity, and accountability.
$21.00 per hour
About Us:Orange Theory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance. Our 60-minute classes, led by highly trained and certified coaches, target at least 12 minutes in the Orange Zone to raise heart rates and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC).
