Crevier BMW is seeking a knowledgeable and approachable Loaner/Rental Agent to enhance our dealership team and provide exceptional customer service.

As a Loaner/Rental Agent, your primary responsibility will be to uphold customer satisfaction by ensuring that clients receive and return courtesy loaner and rental vehicles in compliance with company, third-party, and manufacturer guidelines.

What You Bring


Commitment: Ensure our customers enjoy a world-class service experience, greet them in a professional and friendly manner, and assist in maintaining inventory to meet customer requests.

Service: Ensure that loaner vehicles are checked out and returned in accordance with company policies, documenting any necessary maintenance for returned vehicles.

Collaboration: Build and maintain positive working relationships with other departments.

Technical Expertise: Manage documentation with insurance or state/federal agencies, ensuring customers are charged appropriately for any damages, moving violations, tickets, and tolls.
