  • Service Loaner Fleet: Assist in overseeing the service loaner fleet, ensuring it is properly maintained and available for customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the service team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Professionalism: Exemplify hospitality in all interactions, demonstrating the utmost professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Prior experience in service or phone roles at a dealership is advantageous.
  • Skills: Proficiency in handling multiple phone lines, ability to manage and defuse high-stress situations, and excellent reliability and punctuality.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certifications: Pass required drug and background screenings.
