Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Senior Care Specialist to join our team at Quail Park of Lynnwood/Living Care Lifestyles. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.
About the Role
- Provide routine assessments and monitor resident health conditions to ensure timely interventions.
- Mentor our Care Partners and Medication Techs in proper care and medication management.
- Participate in resident and family care conferences as requested by the Health & Wellness Director or Executive Director.
- Ensure accurate documentation meets Community standards and addresses resident healthcare issues.
- Serve as a role model to other team members in demonstrating courtesy, gentleness, and effective interaction with residents.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in training and team member development preferred.
- Ability to establish effective relationships with residents, family members, and team members.
- Must be able to read, comprehend, write, and speak English to communicate effectively with residents, families, and physicians.
- Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.
- Ability to develop systems for monitoring resident health conditions and ensuring efficient and safe delivery of resident care.
