About the Opportunity

We're looking for experienced chiropractors to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Spine Care Specialist at The Joint, you'll work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

  • Evaluate patients' neuromusculoskeletal systems and spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine conditions requiring attention.
  • Perform manual adjustments to correct musculoskeletal imbalances and alleviate discomfort.
  • Provide patient education on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans.
Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate case histories of patients and recording medical information as necessary.
  • Analyzing x-rays to identify sources of difficulty and rule out fractures or diseases.
  • Collaborating with patients to set achievable health and wellness goals.
  • Sales of membership packages.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited institution.
  • A valid DC license in Washington State.
  • Fully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in Washington State.
Salary and Benefits

This full-time or part-time position offers a competitive salary of $45/hour, plus a monthly bonus of $1-$3 per adjustment (dependent on performance metrics). You'll also enjoy company-paid malpractice insurance and opportunities to grow your career within our thriving chiropractic community.
