Certified Behavioral Specialist for IDD Services in Washington State

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Behavioral Specialist to join our team at Redwood Family Care Network in Everett, WA.
Salary: $25-$28 per hour
About the RoleThe Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will work under the guidance of an Administrator, providing support and training to individuals with developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental illness.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure the supervision, safety, and well-being of individuals at all times.
- Implement active treatment programs, including individual service plans and skill-building activities.
- Participate in the development and evaluation of individual service plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of individual status, behavior, and treatment responses.
Must-Haves:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in the IDD field.
- Ability to create task analysis and determine areas that require additional support.
