As a Pediatric Care Specialist with Alliance Nursing Inc., you will deliver high-quality, individualized care to infants, children, and adults with complex medical needs. Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary, estimated at $60-$80 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including paid time off, 24/7 clinical supervision, medical/dental/vision coverage, an employer-funded HRA (up to $3,000 annually), loan repayment program, annual license reimbursement, and a 401K with employer match.
Job DescriptionYour primary responsibilities will include delivering clinically competent care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, evaluation, and documentation. You will work closely with patients and their families, building relationships that offer both professional and personal fulfillment. Your skills and compassion will make a significant difference in a supportive environment where your expertise is valued.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Current Washington State License: RN or LPN without restrictions
