Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial accounting and reporting processes for Outrigger Hospitality Group.
- Assist in various special projects as required.
- Analyze financial statements and statistical data to support decision-making.
- Maintain comprehensive records of general ledger journal entries, monthly account analyses, tax documentation, and any special analyses as needed.
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, guests, owners, resort managers, and executives.
- Perform basic mathematical operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Sit for extended periods while engaging in computer work, paperwork processing, and telephone communications.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is highly preferred, along with relevant experience.
- A minimum of three years in a responsible accounting role within the hospitality sector is advantageous.
- Proficiency in understanding complex allocation schemes is essential.
