Job Title: Head of Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Development to lead our development teams to excellence. As the driving force behind the creation of high-quality software products, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive development strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Development Strategy Architect: Develop and execute a development strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing environment.
  • Project Management Leader: Oversee the full development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance, ensuring that all development activities are well-coordinated, efficient, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Process Improvement Champion: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices that enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including product management, design, and QA, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Quality Assurance Advocate: Implement rigorous testing and quality assurance processes to ensure that all software products meet our high standards of quality and reliability.
  • Technology Evangelist: Stay on top of the latest technology trends, tools, and best practices, bringing new ideas and innovations to the team.
Requirements:
  • Technical Mastery: Extensive experience in software development, including deep knowledge of various programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
  • Leadership Excellence: Proven experience leading and mentoring software development teams, with a track record of delivering high-quality software on time and within budget.
  • Project Management Expertise: Strong project management skills, particularly in Agile environments.
