About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Actalent. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of solar construction projects from pre-construction to project closeout.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of project execution, including project scheduling, financial reporting, and budget management.
  • Develop and implement project communications plans to ensure effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Manage contracts and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Utilize BIM tools to manage project data and ensure accurate project documentation.
  • Conduct regular project audits and incident investigations to ensure project safety and compliance with company policies.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met and client expectations are exceeded.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on solar construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, including project scheduling, financial reporting, and budget management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
