We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team at 4P Consulting Inc.
The successful candidate will provide administrative and accounting support to our contract department, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain data in accounting systems with precision and attention to detail.
- Prepare and distribute invoices and other financial documents in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and vendors through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports to ensure the integrity of our financial records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
