Key Responsibilities- Create, track, and receive purchase orders
- Call in locates and follow up on responses
- Key billing data from timesheets and LMRs into the billing system with high accuracy
- Receive new jobs from customers and set up new jobs in the Job Management system
- Bill customers and correct rejections as needed
- Order materials and office supplies
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- File, data entry, I-9 verification for new employees, and other office assigned duties
- Answer phones in a professional and courteous manner
- Quickly adapt to new technologies
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel
- Ability to multitask and strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with effective communication skills
- Authorized to work in the United States for this company
