About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Transportation Professional to join our team as a Local Delivery Driver. In this role, you will be responsible for performing multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships in our local area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver products safely and efficiently to customers in a timely manner
- Unload trailers using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages
- Use a scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered
- Maintain accurate records of delivery times, mileage, and product condition
Requirements:
- Valid CDL Class B license with Airbrake endorsement
- Currently hold or ability to obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
- 1 year of documented relevant commercial vehicle driving experience in the last 5 years
- 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
Schedule and Benefits:
This is a full-time position with a 5-day schedule and dispatch times ranging from 4 am to 6 am. You can expect an average of 45 hours per week and will be home daily.
