Position Requirements:

Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction field
  • Demonstrated success in managing commercial construction projects from the ground up
  • Proficient in project management software such as Procore
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and compliance regulations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and decision-making skills under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related discipline preferred
  • PMP certification is advantageous
