The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of superintendent experience and a demonstrated history of delivering large-scale projects efficiently and within budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee all on-site construction operations for projects valued at $10 million or more.
- Establish and execute project timelines, ensuring all construction phases are completed on schedule.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to foster effective communication and teamwork.
- Implement quality control protocols and ensure adherence to safety standards and building regulations.
- Conduct frequent site evaluations to assess progress and address any arising issues or modifications in project scope.
- Maintain transparent communication with clients, providing regular updates on project developments and addressing any inquiries.
