Overview: A reputable AISC Fabricator is in search of a highly skilled Project Manager specializing in structural steel to enhance their expanding workforce. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of eight years of experience within the steel sector and demonstrate a solid understanding of Commercial Construction projects adhering to AISC standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects with a focus on structural steel fabrication, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Oversee commercial projects, including educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and sports venues.
- Utilize software tools such as Tekla PowerFab/EPM, Bluebeam, SDS/2, and Trimble Connect effectively.
- Ensure compliance with AISC and CFA standards.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of project management experience in structural steel fabrication.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficient in project planning, risk assessment, and time management.
- A degree in Construction Management, Construction Technology, or Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience in steel erection management and Ironworker leadership is preferred.
Compensation: Salary range is $100,000 - $130,000, commensurate with experience.
