Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the maintenance and repair of all hotel facilities and equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and structural components.
  • Design and implement preventative maintenance strategies to enhance the durability and efficiency of all systems and equipment.
  • Lead a team of maintenance and engineering personnel, offering direction and support as necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety and environmental regulations, maintaining thorough records of maintenance and repair activities.
  • Develop and oversee the departmental budget, ensuring all expenditures align with financial guidelines.
