Job Summary

Suffolk is seeking a seasoned construction professional to lead our field operations and execution for assigned projects. As a Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential issues early on
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Recruit, train, and mentor field staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Provide leadership and guidance to field staff on construction methods, materials, and sequencing
  • Collaborate with the business development team to identify new business opportunities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
  • Minimum 15 years of general contracting experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities
  • Business judgment and problem-solving skills
