About the Role

Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc. is a leading provider of innovative medical devices, and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospital stakeholders, and other healthcare professionals to promote the Assure Cardiac Recovery System.
  • Collaborate with the local Territory Manager to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Provide education and training to customers, healthcare professionals, and support staff on the benefits and features of the Assure Cardiac Recovery System.
  • Work with select service agencies to identify and address customer needs and protocols.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with the Territory Manager and Sales Management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 1+ year(s) of experience in direct or B2B selling, medical education, or a related field.
  • Advanced organizational and prioritization skills, with strong ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate within a team environment and across functions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a medical education-related field.
  • Ability to be a self-starter, seek new and better methods, and work with minimum supervision.
  • Capability to discern relevant facts and effectively resolve issues by making good decisions.
Work Environment

Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc. is a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. The Sales Development Representative will be required to work in a variety of settings, including clinical settings, and may be required to travel occasionally.
