**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planner to join our team at Ascendion. As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for managing and operating within our ERP systems, loading and managing approved hardware demands, and providing hands-on support with tactical system tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and Operate within ERP Systems: Ensure seamless integration of demand planning processes with our ERP systems.
- Load and Manage Approved Hardware Demands: Efficiently and accurately load approved hardware demands into the ERP system.
- Strong Excel Skills: Utilize extensive reporting and data analysis skills in Excel to drive business decisions.
- Automation Tools: Leverage automation tools like Tableau and Jira to streamline reporting and data analysis.
- Provide Hands-on Support: Ensure the smooth operation of demand planning processes by providing tactical system support.
- Manufacturing and Spares Planning Experience: Prior experience in manufacturing and spares planning is highly desirable.
- Senior-Level Demand Planning Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level demand planning role is required.
- Forecasting and Demand Management: Experience with managing product demand and forecasting for future manufacturing projects is essential.
- Communication and Collaboration: Respond to new demand requests within 24 hours, track status and delivery timelines, and provide timely communication with stakeholders.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide monthly project status summaries, regular updates on forecast health, daily reporting on spare status, and weekly reports on deliverables in tandem with production planning.
- Documentation and Communication: Ensure 100% of forecast and demand changes are documented and communicated within SLA.
Requirements:
- Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid)
- Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $80K - 120K annually.
