Senior Space Planning Specialist

At Blue Origin, we're working to develop reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems within a culture of safety, collaboration, and inclusion. As a Senior Specialist in Program Planning and Controls, you will play a critical role in enabling Blue Origin's vision of millions of people living and working in space to benefit Earth.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Integrated Product Teams to manage cost and schedule plans
Integrate cost and schedule plans into the larger program management effort
Ensure teams are managing to cost and schedule success
Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in business, finance, engineering, project management, or other highly analytical field
7+ years of experience in program scheduling in aerospace industry or R&D programs
Broad/deep scheduling and planning skillset, proficiency with resource-loaded schedules using Primavera (P6), Open Plan, MS Project, or other software
Control account management, including schedule baselining, reforecasting, variance analysis, and schedule-change management
Proven ability to build, develop, and maintain a fully networked and resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedule from scratch
Skilled in developing and using cost and schedule reports
Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion
