Position OverviewRenesas Electronics America (REA) is a vibrant, multicultural technology firm where employees are encouraged to learn, mentor, and excel. This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a premier power MOSFET design team. As a member of Renesas's Rad Hard design team, you will engage in the development of next-generation power MOSFET products tailored for space and various other markets.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct wafer-level electrical and thermal characterization of discrete MOSFET prototypes.
- Compile and analyze measurement results for review by MOSFET design engineers.
- Collaborate closely with design engineers to establish and implement effective MOSFET characterization methodologies.
We are looking for a MOSFET Engineering Technician with the following qualifications:
- US Citizenship or Permanent Resident status.
- Pursuing a degree or possessing relevant experience in Engineering Technology or a related field.
