Position Overview

This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a premier power MOSFET design team. As a member of Renesas's Rad Hard design team, you will engage in the development of next-generation power MOSFET products for various markets, including space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct wafer-level electrical and thermal evaluations of discrete MOSFET prototypes.
  • Compile and analyze measurement data for review by MOSFET design engineers.
  • Collaborate closely with design engineers to establish and refine effective MOSFET characterization methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Pursuing a degree or possessing relevant experience in Engineering Technology or a related field.
