Center Director

The Center Director is a key leadership role responsible for delivering exceptional healthcare services and operational excellence at our Adult Day Healthcare Center (ADHC). As a member of the Management Team, you will lead, coordinate, and monitor staff and operations to meet the mission of InnovAge PACE or LIFE programs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage direct reports to achieve 5 pillar objectives and KPI results, including employee engagement, participant satisfaction, compliance, and quality targets.
- Develop and implement policy and procedures to ensure standardized workflows and continual process improvement.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including facility maintenance, equipment, and supplies to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and certification requirements.
- Collaborate with IT to implement tools and technology to support desired outcomes.
- Supervise and manage direct reports, providing motivation, direction, and development opportunities.
- Conduct annual employee performance reviews and evaluations.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 10+ years of healthcare experience, including 10+ years of management experience.
- 1+ year of experience working with the frail or elderly.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Bi-lingual.
