We are seeking a highly skilled Admissions Director to join our team at Sandia Ridge Center in Albuquerque, NM. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in managing our center's reputation and brand within the local community while overseeing the admissions process.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to elevate our center's reputation and brand within the community
- Oversee the admissions process, ensuring excellence in customer service and a seamless experience for patients and their families
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive referral generation and business growth
- Stay up-to-date on payer plans and benefits verifications, providing expert guidance to patients and their families
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a healthcare setting
- Minimum of 2 years of college education in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field
