Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Center Director to lead our team of educators and support staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our childcare center, providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for making a difference in the lives of children and employees.
- Maintain the physical center environment and ensure compliance with local and state licensing regulations.
- Ensure the center is fully staffed with high-performing teachers, actively sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective employees.
- Guide teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, utilizing engaging characters to drive learning and make TLE a fun place for children to learn, play, and grow.
- Deliver consistent business results, measured through family retention and conversion, enrollment growth, and business operations.
- Effectively engage prospective families through in-person and virtual center tours, and organize community marketing events to drive awareness and enrollment.
- Two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred).
- At least one year of center leadership/management experience (required).
- State-specific Administrative or Director credential, and any other state-specific guidelines for the role.
- Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field (highly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
- Must meet any applicable background screening or state licensing requirements for the role.
