Center Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Center Director to lead our Early Childhood Education team at The Learning Experience - Corporate Childcare Centers. As a Center Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our center, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children, and driving business results through effective leadership and management.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for making a difference in the lives of children and employees by creating an environment of trust and rapport.
- Maintain the physical center environment and ensure compliance with local and state licensing regulations.
- Ensure the center is fully staffed with high-performing teachers by actively sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective employees.
- Curriculum Implementation
- Guide teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, utilizing engaging characters to drive learning and development.
- Business Operations
- Deliver consistent business results, measured through family retention and conversion, enrollment growth, and business operations.
- Process and maintain accounts receivable and payable, monthly P&L's, and employee payroll.
- Community Engagement
- Effectively engage prospective families through in-person and virtual center tours, and organize community marketing events to drive awareness and enrollment.
- Two or more years of center leadership/management experience, with at least one year of center leadership/management experience required.
- State-specific Administrative or Director credential, and any other state-specific guidelines for the role.
- Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
Must meet any applicable background screening or state licensing requirements for the role.
