Job Title: Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at Axis Residential, LLC. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with prospective and current residents, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the highest level of occupancy in our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Practice professional and relational leasing techniques to connect with prospective residents and provide personalized tours of our community.
  • Listen actively to gather information from prospective residents to design an individualized experience for each tour.
  • Provide meaningful and targeted follow-ups to potential residents to ensure a seamless leasing process.
  • Maintain a community culture focused on enhancing our residents' way of life while providing excellent customer service and a supportive home environment.
  • Support community events and activities, and keep accurate records of resident/property activities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to understand current marketing and sales programs, and stay informed about local competition and market conditions.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, and adhere to Fair Housing laws.
Requirements:
  • Must be a team player with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be determined, ambitious, and self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred experience in residential property management, retail, sales, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Google-Suite, property management software, and CRM solutions.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate, and a valid driver's license with insured, operable vehicle.
