Therapeutic Communication Specialist

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school near Covington, Washington. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in speech therapy, with a minimum of 1+ years of experience required.
The SLP will be responsible for providing therapeutic communication services to students, with a caseload based on their level of experience. The role is available on a full-time and part-time basis, with ASAP start dates.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech and Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current State SLP licensure
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of speech therapy principles and practices, with the ability to work effectively with students of varying ages and abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure effective communication and delivery of services
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess the following requirements:
- Masters Degree in Speech and Language Pathology or Communication and Sciences Disorders
- Current State SLP licensure
