Position Overview
This role offers an exciting opportunity within a dynamic manufacturing environment focused on the irrigation sector.

The selected candidate will engage in a variety of tasks, including:

  • Receiving and processing customer orders
  • Entering and managing purchase orders
  • Picking and packing items for distribution
  • Maintaining accurate databases
  • Creating and managing spreadsheets with extensive data
  • Compiling, sorting, and organizing documentation to ensure data integrity

Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the National Service Manager to support the ongoing development of Pump & Filter Services.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • A typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
  • Proficiency in word processing and data management tools (e.g., MS Office Suite)
  • Familiarity with office equipment and computer peripherals
  • A basic understanding of databases and spreadsheets
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following qualifications are desirable:

  • An Associate Degree in Arts or Science
  • Experience with Quickbooks, Smartsheet, or Magento software
