Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Patient Care Coordinator (Aesthetic Sales) to join our team at LaserAway. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales of our hair removal and non-surgical cosmetic services, and building strong relationships with our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Appointments and Conduct Consultations: Schedule appointments with warm leads, conduct consultations, and describe LaserAway's treatments to potential patients.
  • Build Rapport and Overcome Objections: Build rapport with potential patients, explain product and service capabilities, overcome objections, and prepare financing contracts with lenders.
  • Introduce New Products and Services: Introduce new products and services to existing accounts and upsell additional products and services to ensure continued client engagement.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Check patients in/out, ensure a positive experience, maintain a clean and professional clinic, and greet patients warmly.
  • Meet Sales Goals and Objectives: Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives, and participate in our lucrative, uncapped commission plan.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in on-site luxury retail sales with a commission-based structure or 3+ years of experience in the beauty, aesthetic dermatology, or related industries.
  • Education: High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
