About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative Fueler/Washer at Penske Truck Leasing, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. Your primary responsibilities will include fueling and washing vehicles, performing vehicle readiness inspections, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and associates.

Main Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide a positive experience as you fuel and wash vehicles

Conduct vehicle readiness inspections to ensure tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items are complete

Maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers and associates

Develop your skills through training and hands-on coaching to perform minor repairs such as installing mounted tires, replacing or rotating tires, and performing preventive maintenance repairs

Complete other projects and tasks as assigned by your supervisor
